We had a good turn out for a beautiful morning. The sunrises on the Ol’ Dusty Trail always seem to get to YHC. As we started out with the Thang found out men we still beat up from Bootleg’s fine work at the Swanson this week (apparently his beatdown was so good he was in too much pain to join us in the gloom this morning!). Lucky for all who showed up YHC decided to take it easy and just do a ruck with several pain stations, nothing to tough for such a strong group of HIMs.
Ruck, ended up getting around 2.15 miles, stopping every five minutes to complete exercise below. First time we stopped we did exercise one, second time we did one and two, and so on as time allowed.
