The gloom was at a premium. There was a chill in the air and a beautiful view of the stars in the heavens was above our heads. As we approached start time all were surprised to see a smaller group than what has become normal as of late. That said three HIMs started off toward the ridge line like the old days when we’d just started Ol’ Dusty Trail.
