Welcome to the #F3MayChallenge weekly mini-challenges. Week 1 is all about getting points using a prescribed workout from our brothers at F3-Cleveland. Introductions, disclaimers, and mission were quickly recited, and PAX grabbed coupons to mosey with over to the field of play, which previously set-up by YHC: 5 cones set in a cross pattern. From the middle cone, 2 cones were placed 25 yards North and South, while 2 cones were placed 35 yards East and West. Coupons were placed at the 2 end cones lying E and W.
45-minute timer was set to begin the moment WOR began.

WARMUP:
Imperial Walkers – ICx10
String Rippers – ICx10
SSH – ICx10

THE THANG:
IMMEDIATELY, it was game on. PAX were to progress in a counter clockwise station to station movement, returning to the middle cone and perform 25 Merkins after each exercise at the spokes were completed.

Center Cone: 25 Merkins
N and S cones: 25 BBSU
E and W cones: 25 coupon curls

Complete as many rounds as possible. Keep track of all reps and distance traveled. Full stop, do not progress further at the 45-min timer. The distance traveled for the last 25 or 35 yd is only counted IF PAX reached the end and performed at least 1 rep at the station!!

All exercises should be submitted TWICE in the F3 Challenge: once individually and in the Team Mini-Challenge page.

MARY:
None since several hundred BBSU were just executed!!
