Intro:

Alas – the arrival of F3 Fort Collins’s newest AO! YHC had been talking with Ditka for some time about starting a third AO to give the PAX an additional day to get in some gloom action, and it couldn’t have arrived at a better time. As we march closer to winter, any opportunity to push ourselves to stay fit – in spite of the temptations to fartsack, eat crap, and decelerate – is going to be welcomed.

With this in mind, YHC took the reins of the Q spot for the inaugural launch, made it known on our local Slack Channel, and kicked it off out of the gate of 0530.  We started on the basketball courts where YHC gave the disclaimer near a dark pile of #cinderfun, and we launched right into it…

The Thang:

Tabata lifting routine with various cinder blocks based on what PAX could handle at any given time (YHC included).  We managed to get through four rounds of this (45s on, 15s, off).
