Night did not seem to be finished when YHC hoped out of the truck. There’s no time like the present so, YHC made the best of a tough workout!

WARMUP:
SSH x 10IC
String rippers x 10
Dynamic and static stretches for a couple minutes and then a mosey to the starting line: a well lit bench next to the creek!

THE THANG:
45 minute timer was set and the goal: run as far as possible within this time:
400m run
BDE Burpees x 5 (burpee, bonnie blair left and right, jump squat = 1 rep)
400m run
BDE Merkin x 5 (HR merkin, Peter Parker left, HR merkin, Peter Parker right, HR merkin = 1 rep….so total of 15 HR merkins)
Lather, rinse, repeat. Score at total distance in meters, round down to the nearest 100 m.

MARY:
Totally gassed, went back to truck and performed some slow stretches.
