Spoiler: YHC passes the Region flag, and Nant’an reigns to our next great leader! And in thinking about what has been accomplished as a region, YHC went all the way back to my VQ for some activities. THIS was exciting! Most PAX in attendance did not experience this and YHC was determined to make this one smoother, ha!! A confident disclaimer, mission statement, and revving PAX up for some hardy work was made and we were off…

A gentle mosey around part of the park to warm PAX up and to find the cones in the dark. YHC was busy under the stars prior to converging!! Once found, PAX circled up and completed:

As a KU alum, I am quick to point out I am a hoops fan more than a college football fan. And in hoops, KU is good. Our most famous alumni is Wilt Chamberlain, who scored 100 points in a single game once. In honor of that, PAX ran the Wilt:
100 IBC, run 100 ft (length of a basketball court) marked by headlamp lit cindy
100 squats, run back to baseline
100 4-count flutter kicks, run 100 ft
100 lunges (50 per leg), run back to baseline.
Hold plank for PAX.
I DO appreciate a good college football game, though. And to show how much I love football, I gifted PAX with a routine titled 1st & 10:
PAX faced cones every 10 yds for 100 yds.
Mosey 10 yds, perform 1 burpee / 10 merkins, sprint to 100 yd cone.
Mosey back to 20 yd line, perform 2 burpees / 9 merkins, sprint to 100 yd cone.
Mosey back to 30 yd line, perform 3 burpees / 8 merkins, sprint to 100 yd cone.
Repeat until progressing up to 100 yd cone and perform 10 burpees / 1 merkin.
With Flo coming in as the new Nant’an, there will be a community increase in general leg fitness, so to prep PAX, I gifted PAX with an episode of QUADzilla.
