A the Basketball courts set up 5 stations that crossed over several courts, each station was:
– Merkins
– Big Boy Situps
– Squats
– Lunges
– Coupon Curls
Then one individual ran across all 6 courts, then individual would run back the station and individuals would run to each station, relieving the person and move through each station.
