The Gloom was back to a crisp 19F and 3 PAX braved the chill to get a Monday morning run in. Unfortunately, trails were closed due to recent snow/rain/melt/freeze…you know…typical Colorado weather. YHC needed a headlamp and luckily, most travel with a spare!

OYO stretching while we waited for possible incoming PAX

the initial jog started well, however as we left the park Southbound, a clear boundary where plows stopped was noted. And the frozen imprints of tracks made for rough terrain.
PAX decided to head back the other way and see if things improved. (spoiler….they did).
The path was mostly clear and PAX found multiple Good Mornings along the way, not including a pack of service men/women on a morning ruck. The plethora of red dots from their headlamps was ominous, indeed!

All told, 3.9 miles were covered at about a 10 min/mi pace.

Lots of good mornings!! 20 burpees were collected per PAX.

Book club 2/16
Polar Plunge THIS SATURDAY at Abduction, following the workout. We’ll get into Muskrat Creek (I checked Sun, and following the rain/snow it was FULL! and flowing nicely.)

Prayers for healing Monsanto’s wife, who experience a bit of vertigo over the weekend and for Bunsen’s wife, who has been battling a pinched nerve in her shoulder/arm for about 3 months. We asked for blessings to all PAX present and not and for God to show us the way in life to serve Him.
