One would think 4 days after Thanksgiving, the body would have returned to normal. Alas, as we found out, these workouts are hard. We blamed the snow, however deep down I think it was the turkey…
WARMUP:
Stretching OYO, delaying the inevitable. Both PAX commented it was so cold we feared we overdressed knowing as soon as the blood started pumping we would be nice and toasty. I can’t wait…
THE THANG:
Normal trail route run. The snow was packed just right. Hiding all the rocks and roots, yet not so packed to create slippery surfaces. 4.7 miles were logged.
MARY:
Despite the cold, we did meet another set of runners and got a good morning! 5 burpees for the joyful greeting.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Coats…donate them! Go Blue will deliver them on Thrs.
COT:
Go Blue led us out in prayer.
