Crisp morning with clear sky. YHC thought he was working out alone and was setting up the field of play when blinding headlights were in front of me in the parking lot. Bob the Builder rolled in and said, “I wasn’t going to have you do this alone!” What a HIM!!!

WARMUP:
Nothing really other than explaining the workout, which was a little complicated. Nonetheless, we’re relatively smart and we knocked it out of the park!!

THE THANG:
Workout for time. Markers (ominously YHC used extra cindys! Yikes!!) were placed at 0, 10, 20, and 30 yards. Each PAX has a cindy. Workout is 3 rounds. Exercise at the markers (not 0) changed with each round and were as follows: Rnd 1 – thrusters, Rnd 2 – WW3 sit-ups, Rnd3 – Blockees.
E5MO5M – 3 Kraken burpees (3 hr merkins squat jump after 3rd).
The following is the round (performed 3x!).
Murder bunny to 1st marker. Perform 10 reps of exercise.
Bear crawl to start. Perform 5 perfect merkins (HR merkin followed by shoulder taps). Sprint to cindy.
Murder bunny to 2nd marker. Perform 15 reps.
Bear crawl to start. Perform 5 perfect merkins. Sprint to cindy.
Murder bunny to 3rd marker. Perform 20 reps of exercise.
Bear crawl to start. Perform 5 perfect merkins. Sprint to cindy.
Reverse murder bunny to 2nd marker. Perform 15 reps.
Bear crawl to start. Perform 5 perfect merkins. Sprint to cindy.
Reverse murder bunny to 1st marker. Perform 10 reps of exercise.
Bear crawl to start. Perform 5 perfect merkins. sprint to cindy.
Reverse murder bunny to start. Immediately proceed to next round.
