YHC wasn’t sure exactly what to expect out there. The weather was cold and had been a couple days since snow stopped. The trail status site said, “all clear!” So…here we go! Just in case, we put YakTracks on.

WARMUP:
We put YakTracks on…in a stretchy kind of fashion.

THE THANG:
The trails were indeed open! And the snow was perfect: packed but not icy. Go Blue commented these were the best runs because the snow covers up the rocks and the roots.
Good conversations were had throughout the run. The best was the snow goose story…you had to be there, though. Come out next week and get in on the action!!

MARY:
PAX saw one person’s headlight in the distance, so no opportunity to say good morning. Upon returning we were ready for some coffee and downtime, and so that is what we did!
