THE SCENE:
35°-40°F, temperate morning.
YHC, set the Stage with marker cones and a pile of construction materials.
This VQ then excitedly awaited for the arrival of men to embark on a fellowship filled EC Ruck.
Darkness and Gloom was felt by all. All the more to make that sunrise sweeter.

EQUIPMENT:
•Weighted Rucks.
•Lady Justice & Cindy the twins.

THE THANG:
After surviving a slight hiccup during the Warming of the men, in which the Q bumbled Cadence calling. We proceeded onto a marry mosy, to further warm muscles and get the heart beating.
The run gave the men an opportunity to observe the exercise route, henceforth established as: 1 lap.
YHC could tell the men were excited to pick out their favorite Lady Justice and accompanying Cindy’s. Good thing too because for the next 40 minutes a magical marriage of man, wood and stone prompted grunts, sweat and maybe a few tears. As an epic series of Iron sharpening Iron was what followed:

•10 Slow Burpees
•Lady Justice 1 lap
•10 Squats (Justice weighted)
•Lady Justice 1 lap

VQ CRITIQUE:
Generally positive feedback was provided by all. Many enjoyed the Versatility of the equipment.
Time management was honored.
The beatdown was said to be a good mix of exercises and pacing.
The constructive criticism was mild and informative. The Pax encouraged YHC to work on improving Cadence timing and inflection. In the Whirlwind that is all this Q remembers. Also…this Q… had technical difficulties, (probably related to solar storms or something) and permanently lost the Name-O-Rama video…. oops!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• Book club discussion April 5th
•4th Anniversary celebration April 6
A great beatdown and enjoy breakfast?? (Details in the works)
•April 13: GoRuck Event in Colorado Springs

[A special thanks to legs for sending us off with a good prayer and a solid sheld lock]

“A man is what he thinks about all day long”. Ralph Waldo Emerson

This quote suggests that a person’s tho2ughts and beliefs have a profound impact on their character and personality. The thoughts that a person dwells on most often will eventually shape who they are and how they interact with the world around them.
If a person spends their days thinking about negative things, they are likely to become pessimistic and cynical. On the other hand, if a person focuses on positive thoughts, they are more likely to be optimistic and hopeful. The thoughts that a person chooses to focus on will ultimately determine their outlook on life and their overall happiness.
This quote is a reminder that we should be mindful of our thoughts and choose to focus on the things that we want to bring into our lives. If we want to be happy and successful, we need to think positive thoughts and believe in ourselves.

NOTES:
Awesome cafeteria and fellowship was had after the beatdown. Again thank you legs for hosting the coffee and fixins.
Good times.
