Sun gods – 10 (IC)
5 min run – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 20 Squats
4 min run – 6 Burpees, 12 Merkins, 23 Squats
3 min run – Increase by 1, 2 & 3
Down to 1 min run, then back up to 5 min run (completing it in reverse order)
Skipped the second 4 min run and went straight to 5 due to time, but stopped and did some Monkey Humpers on the curb to attempt at some honks by passers by. No such luck.**
After completing a complete run around the entire park and going over in time, we moseyed back to the basketball court for some American Hammers to finish the beatdown.
