Then do it all bass ackwards.
Wide circle, all PAX perform High Knees while each PAX takes turn doing 2 reps of an exercise of choice. Only trouble, you gotta do your exercise and all the exercises before you. Whoever fails to remember all the exercises has penalty of 20 Burpees.
Made it almost 1.5x around the circle – all PAX did 10 Burpees to finish.
