Flo arrived to the shovel flag after a solo EC ruck, so the Q and Flo headed off for a quick mosey.


Steve Earle’s – (IC) 14 *Copperhead Squat with a Hillbilly for a 4 count cadence.

Vinnie rolls in hot on his bike just after the first exercise of warm-o-rama.

Smurf Jacks – SSH while in the squat position – (IC) 20

Annie – (IC) 10 each side

The Thang:

Mosey on over to a less swampy grass area of the soccer field for part 1 of The Thang.

Part 1 – Millenial

10 cycles of exercises, done OYO, but whoever finishes first yells out their total, allowing all PAX to stop and move on to the next exercise. This is usually done with 100 reps of each exercise, but the Q thought that would be just a bit much today, so we started with 45 for the first 5 cycles, then 76 for the next 4, then back to 45 for the last cycle. ‘Cause who wants to do 76 Burpees after all this work?

Part 2

Mosey around the park after PAX are wiped out from so many burpees for some Broga. The Q led the small group in 25 minutes of some nice, calming yoga, progressing a little with each stretch.


Mosey back to the flag for some American Hammers – 45 (IC)


Flo’s friends Hattfields got Pneumonia recently, including their little boy. Prayers for the parents to care for him while also not feeling great themselves.

Vinnie’s family drama on both sides. Been a challenging week as a result.
