Intro:

One foot of snow and single digit temps. That was the scene. One brave member of the PAX made it out in the gloom this morning to join YHC*. Given the park was covered in a foot of snow, we stuck to the streets. We quickly got moving to warm up with a short mosey …

Warm-o-Rama:

The Thang:

  1. 15 triple deckers. What is a triple decker you ask? Holding your coupon, do a squat, then a curl up, then a shoulder press, then curl down.
  2. 0.5 mile run with stops along the way for 3 sets of 12 bent over row using arm bands**
  3. Repeat 1 and 2, changing the exercise in number 2:
    1. Tri kick back with arm bands
    2. Upright row with arm bands
    3. Half jack with leg bands
    4. Walking side lunge with leg bands

* A picture nearly didn’t happen as YHC’s phone decided it was too cold and shut down. Fortunately Ditka came to the rescue.

** YHC decided carrying around arm bands on our runs rather than heavy coupons would save our fingers from the bitter cold. Good decision.
