Took the Ridge Route (2.34 miles)…with some prep work:
Prior to primary assent: 20 squats (on Q)…legs are warmed up!
Prior to summit incline: mountain climbers x 10 IC…ready for the steep, rocky terrain!
Prior to desent: lunges x 10IC…keeping steady footing!
Mid plains ruck: plank hold…secret timer, we’ll never know how long we held, but men were well ready!
Finish line splash: PAX knew it…10 burpees OYO.
