The BackBlast:


A downrange PAX, an FNG and a couple men dressed to impress this Halloween greeted the remaining PAX. YHC dug up a oldie but a goodie for a Treat on this amazingly brisk and beautiful morning. Mission was stated and disclaimers made, and an audible was called with the presence of our FNG


PAX stayed in a circle near the shovel flag for YHC’s favorite WoR.

A quick bro-ga to properly stretch PAX and recite F3 5 core principles:

plank / down dog (Free workouts!)

Runners stretch / triangle pose in a lunge (Open to all men!)

plank / down dog (held outdoors! – rain, shine, hot, cold)

Runners stretch / triangle pose in a lunge other side (Led by peers!)

Mountain pose (end with a Circle Of Trust!)

PAX then moseyed over to Bunsen cones, however it was not what PAX thought!

The Thang:

The Wrecktangle was brought to F3 Fort Collins by Rollbar (F3 Omaha). While the OG workout had the joys of goose poop, YHC decided to not COMPLETELY reproduce that glorious morning.

8 cones sat in an extra large rectangle. Each cone PAX completed an exercise (IC x 10) except for burpees, which were OYO: LBC’s, Mountain Climbers, Alt. Shoulder Tap Merkins, Hydraulic Squats, Crunchy Frogs, Step Out Merkins, Burpees, and Bonnie Blairs.

Moving between cones: Lunges, Bear Crawl, Inch Worm, Sprint, Army Crawl, Crawl Bear, Reverse Lunges, Sprint

The beatdown was especially challenging and YCH pushed PAX hard. PAX responded. The lesson is to dig deep, know that you have more inside when your mind is telling you to quit. We can all do much more, in all aspects of life.
