When YHC realized a Q slot was opened so close to the Pearl Harbor anniversary, there was incredible excitement to lead men in remembrance of such an important date in history. Putting a workout together worthy of this date became difficult to strike the right chord. Luckily, searching backblasts throughout F3 Nation brought up a workout that was truly worthy of the date.* Don’t be afraid to dig a little…this dandy was circa 2018!!!
Mission and disclaimers were made to the PAX ready to work!
A mosey around the parking lot for a quick heart rate acceleration. PAX circled up to find MANY PAX rolling in hot, but that’s OK…I knew they’d need their energy for this monster.
