THE THANG:
Off and Running, avoiding the running water at the beginning of the trail, PAX hit 4.0 total miles! While various paces were kept, YHC had various Mystery Activity Stations to realign the group:
1. plank hold at the top of the ridge
2. Merkins at the Timberline Gate
3. Deconstructed Burpees x 5 at the Timberline Exit
4. Double Hill Sprints at the North ridge
5. Pick up the 6 at the South ridge
