What a fun start to the week! And we ended our COT with more guys than we started off with this morning! Haha so fun.

WARMUP:
Slight stretching as the Q walked through the mission and core principles.

THE THANG:
Split into a run group and a ruck group and did the normal routes for RnR

I also want to shout out scarecrow because he knew he couldn’t participate physically but still came out to enjoy some coffee with us. I failed him and not having some coffee ready for him and we’ll have to make it up to him soon.
