YHC initially made Monsanto have a sad face because he wanted to be first on-site. Tough to compete with someone still on Euro-time, ha! It was the first Q and the first trial run in a while, so naturally there was excitement for the Q.

WARMUP:
Solid stretching and loosening up OYO style, as one does at this Q.

THE THANG:
Typical route back to Timberline Trail and around Pineridge Pond. All told 4.75 miles. However, a code brown and a sore knee diverted some PAX. All converged at the flag for close out.

MARY:
Full of good mornings, so no burpees.
