YHC rolled into the parking lot with lots of cars…except most of them weren’t for F3. Warming weather is trending and our trial runs are popular spots! PAX streatched for a warm-up and lamented about needing to run on the paved pathway. The warming weather means snowmelt and mushy trails so they were closed.

WARMUP:
Stretch: hip flexors, gluts, quads, hammies….let’s roll.

THE THANG:
Ran the path towards Fossil Creek Park. The pathway is moderately hilly and quite beautiful to run along with minimal roads. We ran close to 22 minutes and turned back, only to realize we had been cruising due to a mostly downhill trajectory. PAX didn’t fear the 2nd half challenge and bounded home. Several good mornings were given, except one dogwalker who ignored us twice. Being the benevolent Q, PAX only owed 5 burpees.

MARY:
5 burpees

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Book club 3/7

COT:
Prayers for Zeek dealing with some trouble sleeping. Lifted up the gorgeous morning and wonderful company encouraging each other along the path…literally and figuratively with life’s path!
