WARMUP:
things are sometimes tight w time, so warm-ups were OYO stretching while disclaimers and preambles were made. Then PAX were off!

THE THANG:
Ran the full RnR route (or the alt crew rucked a good bit, too!) up and over the ridge, through Timberline Trail and around the Pond for a full 4.76 miles!!

MARY:
All trail goers were super friendly and said good morning. So no burpees to be had.

more stuff…actually: YHC discussed doubting Thomas, the apostle who said he’d believe if he saw Jesus’ nail prints and put his hand in his side wound. 8 days later, Jesus appeared again. And Thomas believed. It is OK to have doubts…but work through them. Blessed are those that do not see and still believe!
