A mosey around the park and settled back to the parking lot.
SSH – IC x 30

Without snow (yet!) it was easy to see the parking lot lines. YHC directed PAX to occupy a space, which was to be the corral for the workout. Occasionally, a 10-count breather was allowed, but YHC let the snot fly and PAX were better for the hard work! Moving exercises were either from painted line to painted line or from front to back of the parking space (corral).
Side to side shuffle – 2 minutes
Burpees – OMD x 20
Frog jumps (back and forth) – 2 minutes
Mountain climbers – OYO x 30 (1,1,2,2,etc)
Bear Crawl (side to side) – 2 minutes
CH Squats – IC x 30
Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear (front to back) – 2 minutes
Lunges – OMD x 30 (right leg then left leg)
Front back shuttle run – 2 minutes
Bobby Hurley – OMD x 30
Burpee – OMD x 20
Shuffle side to side – 2 minutes
Squat Jump – OMD x 30
Q call out (mixture of side-2-side, front/back shuffle, bear crawls side-2-side / front/back) – 5 minutes
Mosey to the flag (all of 50 yards)

YHC spoke about enforcing your will and dominating. The easy part is when the challenge is physical: I’m not giving up / I will own this and will dominate. The same mentality needs to be put forth in other aspects of our life: my marriage is mine and my M – I will make it successful and I will lift my M up; I will be closer to God and I will dominate temptations and not allow them to consume me or take me from my path! Imposing your will is not always about using rage. Imposing my will can mean never stopping to love, forgive.
