Mosey over to field 1 for some Memory Game Extravaganza
All PAX circle up wide and do high knees while PAX 1 does exercise of his choosing (2 reps). Then PAX 2 does PAX 1’s exercise then adds his own. PAX 3 then does PAX 1’s, PAX 2’s and adds his own, etc., etc., etc.
PAX were doing great and almost made it one full circle until someone forgot the order. Soooo….15 penalty Burpee’s for all.

Sandbag Brigade:
All PAX line up on the stairs. PAX 1 on the bottom passes bag up then runs to the top to do SSH until bag comes to him at the top. All PAX move down the stairs & pass bag back down. After reaching the bottom this PAX then runs to the top for same as PAX 1. Etc. etc. etc.

Mosey over to field 2 for some Welsh Dragon.
All PAX line up along sidewalk to cross the field by doing 4 Bear Crawls then one of each exercise: Merkin, Plank Jack, Shoulder Tap. Then continues with 4 more Bear Crawls, and two of each exercise. Etc. etc. etc. until you reach ten of each exercise.

Running out of exercise and still having time left, the Q calls an audible and we mosey on over to the slide for some more fun.

All PAX climbs the stairs of the 3 story slide to then slide down, complete 5 burpees then back up again until you get down to 1 burpee.
Great fun was had and sliding on the ground at the end was an adventure.

Wait…I thought we was doing Yoga?!
