The Thang:

PAX rallied at the starting line with a view of a flag 100 meters away. On Q’s mark PAX would sprint to flag, perform 30 [ref 2] reps of designated exercise, walk back as a group, and repeat. It was really interesting to see the ebb and flow of PAX speed rise and fall through the workout and YHC could fell the need to keep pace when sucking wind! Exercise at the flag:
