Chilly with a mild breeze, but clear were there skies and the sun would eventually warm things & cause layers to be shed. Pax worked hard today & even had some fun. The new Twin Silo workout seemed to bring out the kid in some Pax & almost brought up the morning coffee in others.

Crab Humpers IC – Monkeys crazy cousin. Keep your eyes on the skies boys. (15)

Breakdancer Merkin IC (10) – because who doesn’t wish they knew how to breakdance.
Broken Wheelbarrow – distant cousin to the wheelbarrow, but your partner only holds 1 leg while you complete 25 yards. Rinse and Repeat back to start.
Colonel Trautman – 2 partners. Partner 1 runs 30 yards to the monkey bars to complete 5 pull-ups, then runs back. Partner 2 complete 5 fingertip merkins & holds plank until partner 1 returns. Switch. Then Rinse & Repeat 5x
Merkin Crab Fly – OYO, 10 Merkins, 25 yards crab walk, 10 diamond merkins, 25 yards crab walk back, 10 merkins, Rinse and Repeat. (a little hard on the wrists)
Do-Ah-Diddy Run – Indian run from hell as one Pax may have said. Pax line up in a single file, 1st Pax sprints off approx 20 yards, completes 5 burpees, then falls in the back of the line once burpees complete and yells “6”! This was completed until everyone attempted this challenging adventure twice. Leaving no man left behind was key for this one.
Pax ripped through these with time to spare, so the Q improvised & added the new Twin Silo workout.
Twin Silo – run up the tower of the slide, enjoy the daunting ride down the slide to then complete 5 burpees. Rinse & Repeat…
