It was cold and definitely the gloom. We got right after it!

THE THANG:

60-minute time limit. Max rounds as possible. Within a round all exercises were performed at a rep count of 10xround number (round 1 = 10, round 2 = 20, round 50 = 50, etc).
Course was a 100 m out and back (total distance). Format is: 100 m movement then exercise. All with a coupon unless noted.
Station 1: right side farmer carry then overhead press.
Station 2: rifle carry then squat (slick)
Station 3: left side farmer carry then Rowers (slick)
Station 4: rifle carry then coupon swings

COT:
2 PAX were very glad for the company and very glad to have each other pushing the next.
