A might Four PAX converged at Rock n Root for morning glory! At F3, we pride ourselves on welcoming men of all abilities, ages, etc. And that was on full display this morning as injuries, and health status drove PAX to take 3 total routes and paces.

Running or rucking…PAX took in the morning exerting themselves over 45 minutes and regrouped at the shovel flag.
