The Q had a whole theme to the workout where we focused on the numbers 17 and 76 so you’ll see that sprinkled throughout the Thang. The Q’s thang title was taxation without reps and he was unsure if the PAX would revolt and take over by the end of it based on the theme. Maybe they earned their Liberty by the end. Maybe they got representation in name-o-rama. The Q only had so much creativity for coming up with the theme. The rest is up to the PAX.

THE THANG:
We executed two rounds of the three stations. On the second round, we mixed it up a little bit between the different stations but still completed all exercises. Each station had a tax or buy-in before we got to complete any of the other exercises.

Station 1 – UPPER – “Stars”
Tax / Buy-In: 17 Mike Tysons

Then 76 total reps:
19 Merkins
19 Werkins
19 Carolina Dry Docks
19 Dips, using stairs or curb
After finishing, plank for the six until the group rotates.

Station 2 – LOWER – “Stripes”
Tax / Buy-In: 17 Bobby Hurleys
Then 76 total reps:
19 Copperhead Squats
19 Bonnie Blairs, single-count total
19 Johnny Dramas on the stairs (i.e. Negative Calf Raises)
19 Monkey Humpers
After finishing, hold Al Gore for the six.

Station 3 – Core – “Freedom”
Tax / Buy-In: 17 Big Boy Sit-Ups
Then 76 total reps:

19 Freddie Mercurys

After finishing, hold six inches or plank for the six.
