THE THANG:
The Ringer (modified w/coupon)
Simple idea which is brutal in practice. All PAX started at same corner of a square where they completed 5 curls. After curls completed ran a lap around the square. Once lap completed did 5 curls plus 5 coupon swings then ran a lap. Followed that pattern adding an exercise after each lap. Exercises were curls, coupon swings, OH Press, and Squat. After they completed round of five curls, coupon swings, OH Press, and Squats they repeated the pattern adding 5 to one exercise per round ie 10 curls, five swings, presses, and squats then the next round 10 curls and swings still at five for presses and squats, etc.
