Intro:

It was a cool morning, PAX were excited for the return of the cool gloom.  Enjoyed a great EC ruck with Bunsen.  Soon after we returned to the shovel flag we were greeted by the other brave PAX who beat the fartsack to join us for a wicked beatdown.

The Thang:

Three Pillars of Pain

On the BMX course started at the first curve then ran along the course to second and third.  At each curve we sprinted to the top then completed the below assigned exercises

First Curve – WWII Sit-Ups x 5

Second Curve – Derkins x 5

Third Curve – Squat Jumps x 5

Mosey to first curve then repeat cycle adding 5 reps to reach exercise each round

“What the Bleep” – Burpee Beep Ladder x 10 minutes
0-1 min – 10 burpees
1-2 min – 12 burpees
2-3 min – 14 burpees
3-4 min – 16 burpess
4-5 min – 18 burpees
5-6 min – 20 burpees
6-7 min – 22 burpees
7-8 min – 24 burpees
8-9 min – 26 burpees
