YHC stated F3 is not a Christian group and the “Faith” in F3 is recognizing there is something beyond you and I. I came across a Bible verse and decided to lead a prayer based on Hebrews 11:6 – “But without faith it is impossible to please him…” The verse struck me for a couple of reasons: first, it said to me that you need to do more than just say your prayers and take your vitamins like good, little Hulk-o-maniacs. You must have faith! And faith, defined for me, is believing with having concrete, absolute evidence. Also, everywhere else in the Bible it assumes the reader already has faith and knows the Christian God to be. Here, it actually instructs, or advises, based on the possibility the reader does not have faith.

Naked Man Moleskin:

  1. YHC had alligator-brain and really butchered F3 mission. Apologies were made…100 demerits taken
  2. In honor of spending a good bit of my childhood in Missouri
  3. All MOM exercises were in honor of my son’s B-day (15-yr. old). I considered 15 exercises to go along with the joyful event, however I didn’t want to push my luck!
