• Christmas trees x15 IC (aka SSH with hands pointed at the top)

• Reindeer take offs (prance, dash, launch on Q’s command)

The Thang:

• Mosey up and around the baseball complex with 2 of Santa’s presents along the way for the PAX to unwrap.
  • Feliz Burpee-dad
    • SSH during the song Feliz Navidad, perform burpee on every “Feliz Navidid” and Bonnie Blair on every “Merry Christmas”
  • Little Merkin Boy
    • Plank during the sing Little Drummer Boy, perform merkin on every “rum-pum-pum-pum”
• The Christmas Star
  • 5 stations arranged in star formation. PAX split up at each station to start. Station 1 relieves station 2 which relieves station 3 which relieves station 4 which relieves station 5 which goes to station 1 and so on. Rinse and repeat.
    • Station 1: Star jumps x10
    • Station 2: Santa roof climbers (groiners) AMRAP
    • Station 3: Santa squats (bolt 45s) AMRAP
    • Station 4: Flutter feet (kicks) AMRAP
    • Station 5: Elf humpers AMRAP

  • PAX hold plank and draw out parts of a gingerbread house with sidewalk chalk on Q’s command
