PAX were chipper as the weather has become brisk and the gloom is in full swing, meaning headlamps are rather mandatory for the trail run! The AO is back to its average numbers, which is nice to see a rebound!

WARMUP:
PAX stretched OYO, while introductions and disclaimers were made and we started in a nice, easy jog towards the gravel road headed uphill.

THE THANG:
The normal route was followed, totaling 4.75 miles at a moderate 10:02/mile pace. PAX only saw one other person out and about (plus a couple bucks!). The dog walker gave a nice greeting, and per AO rules, no burpees for a good morning (plenty of burpees were done at Abduction over the weekend!).

Upcoming this week – collect miles (walks, runs, rucks, whatever) and submit to Denver, who will turn those miles in to raise awareness of human trafficking.
